Schiller conditioning

  • - We at Hadaf install and maintain chiller air conditioners according to the latest equipment, with specialized technicians who do that The chiller is the water icing unit, as it reduces the water temperature to 5.5 m, not only cooling it. * Components: The chiller system consists of three main components: 1- Pumps for pumping water from the building and withdrawing the returning water. 2- A water cooling device consisting of one or more compressors to cool the water. 3- Air Handling Unit, its function is to receive cold water coming from the cooling device and process it to obtain cold air. Features of the chiller system: 1- Practical and economic efficiency, especially for large buildings. Types of chillers: 1- Air cooled chiller Cooling is done by outside air, and this type is installed in an open air place 2- Water cooling chiller: The water cooling system consists of 2 water circuits 1- The first circle: In it, the water is cooled by means of a chiller, and it is chemically treated water so as not to cause corrosion of pipes and pumps, and the temperature of this water is low. Then this water is used, after being cooled with a chiller, to cool the rooms of the building, where it passes through a coil of pipes and through a fan, the air is pushed and enters the place to be cooled. The temperature is controlled by a solenoid valve. * For those who do not know the Solenoid Valve, here is a brief overview of it Solenoid valve (LLSV). * LLSV = Liquid Line Solenoid Valve * Its main components: - electric coil + iron core * Generally used: The Solenoid Valve is considered an electric valve, as it is equipped with an electric coil, and when the electric current passes through the coil, a magnetic field is generated that attracts the iron core inside the Valve, so it opens and allows liquid or gas to pass through it. * Use in Chiller: The Solenoid Valve is used in spark plugs to prevent the liquid from entering the evaporator, unless one of the Compressors is working in the circuit. * in another meaning : After cutting off the current, the solenoid valve locks, which helps to restart the compressor motor rotation without overloading it. * We return to the second cooling circuit in the water cooling system 2- The second circle: It is a circuit dedicated to cooling the chiller itself and is connected to the cooling towers. It is located at the top of the building, where water is sprayed and cooled with a huge fan, then it is returned through pumps to the chiller itself for cooling.
